Our network is a collection of many different communities, all of whom connect to chatspike to socialise, have fun, and chat. ChatSpike is the official home of (amongst other things) the DarkGalaxy official IRC channel, home of the WinBot support channel, official home of Anime-Empire, and the official home of InspIRCd, our custom made ircd package. We also host several other well-known channels such as the WarCry gaming community, and a large Trillian Channel filled with well known members of the Trillian forums.

ChatSpike is probably one of the friendliest IRC networks around. The staff are helpful and not only are they a part of the community they actively cater to our whining. ChatSpike is one of the safest networks I have been on and there are constantly new security features protecting everyone from the background without getting in the way. All in all, ChatSpike is a safe, friendly and reliable network with a growing userbase and an ever improving community.

Of all of the networks I have been on, never was there one so well kept as ChatSpike. The staff is willing to help the new IRC'ers out, and have a sense of humor, unlike most server's I've seen. Not only that, but the staff is expansive in its own way, ranging from service admins, to server contributers. Not only that, but you are bound to find people with the same interests as youself. Into anime? This is the network for you! JUST LOOK AT THE TOP 5 CHANS! :P Into Nintendo? Try #nintendo! :D Not only that, but the services are great. No more /msg nickserv identify... Just /id will do. ;) Want to mysteriously huggle someone? Call out LoveServ! Need a service to keep your bans in place? Try IdleServ! Pie is good. So is chatspike. There is a connection here, but I'm not sure what it is :( From the above sentance, you'll get a bit of an insight into what this network is like. Oddball, fun, and a nice community. Chatspike is home to a number of varied channels, such as channels on search-irc itself (unofficial), nintendo, inspircd.. if you can think of it, there's probably a channel for it (or you could create your own!) Come along and experience that which is ChatSpike :)

Very nice network...Staff are friendly and helpful and its warez free and free of spambots and unwanted stuff....I really like this network :P I give it 10 out of 10.....*I like pie too*
