ChatZona se fundó oficialmente el 8 de marzo de 2007, teniendo por entonces escasos recursos pero sí muchas ganas de formar una red de chat libre y gratuita para cualquier usuario hispano.
En su breve pero intenso tiempo de vida ha ofrecido a sus usuarios importantes servicios, siempre gratuitos, y ventajas sobre el resto de redes que le hacen ser competencia directa para aquéllas con más años de vida.
Lo más importante de esta red son sus usuarios, así pues éstos siempre reciben un trato exquisito por sus operadores y administradores en el canal #opers_help, canal oficial de ayuda de la red.

ChatZona was officially founded in 2007, March 8th. With little resources in our beginnings, our company has been able to pursue a free-network chat in the realm of the Hispanic community.
In a short period of time, our intense work has freely supplied our users with up-to-date services, and advantages over other networks, promoting free market amongst worldwide companies.
You can access our system by surfing through our irc.chatzona.org server. Once you are connected, you will easily find out the cool atmosphere all around.
We have an interesting deal of bots at our costumers’ disposal in order to ease tasks related to NiCK (issues related to nick), CHaN (tasks related to channels), CReG (a previous-registration-on-channels service), IPVirtual (bots related to virtual IP address control), amongst others.
Our most important motto is to preserve our users. In order to protect the quality of our services, they can always access to a great deal of help from our operators and administrators in the #opers_help official channel.
