Formely known as RootIRC.net this network was created in 2005 and was a small set of servers in Australia for our mates to code and chat. In Jan 2007 the network was renamed to AustIRC as the admin thought it to be a better name to attract users and the domain had been collecting dust since oct 2005. | |
