The Xelium.org network has the standard ChanServ and NickServ registration services for channels and nicknames (respectively), MemoServ for sending messages to offline users, as well as a few "addon" services for controlling things like user vHosts (virtual hosts, provided by HostServ), and services-controlled channel bots (provided by BotServ).
