We also wrote in some aliases to make the use of them as easy as possible, so ask around what they are or find one of the helpful IRCops in #help to help you out. To register with NickServ you'll need a e-mail address, but if you don't, don't worry, just ask one of the IRCops to help you out and they'll sort it out for you.
