We have serveral network services that are avaiable.

The first is AuthServ, which double as a NickServ.  It allows you to register an account and serveral nicknames which identify you to the network and to the rest of services.

For channel managment we have ChanServ which provides everything from the userlist to keeping the channel modes how you want them. For channels with alot of spam we off SpamServ, which can help deal with spam and flooding in channels.

For anyone requiring help, they can send HelpServ a description of their problem.  Once done HelpServ will notify staff members that the user requires help and what their problem is.  As soon as a staff member can assist with the request they will contact the person and resolve the situation.

Last but not least, we have MemoServ, which you can use to contact someone whos not online.  As soon as they come online MemoServ will notify them that they have a memo waiitng.
