ShadowHime uses a version of Anope Services to offer BotServ, NickServ, among others to provide ease of access to managing user channels. There is also the availability of fantasy commands to make issuing commands easier for users to remember by. Requests can be made for a BotServ bot for their channel.

Users may request a bot from BotServ via the #help channel, or leaving a PM to an IRC Operator. Each user is allowed only 1 bot per 3 registered channels.
