We run regular Anope services, with all users by default having a protected hostmask and optionally their own custom hostmask for maximum anonymity or other purposes. The "admin" and "founder" flags are available in channels as well. The combination of UnrealIRCd and Anope provides the widest range of options for channels, ranging from security and secrecy settings to no-profanity and flood prevention.
