On Mayhemirc you can send someone who is currently offline a memo he/she can read next time when  he or she is online, using our memo-service. Use: '/memoserv help' to get help about how to register for this service. When using XChat you can easily use the "NickServ password"  option  in the "Edit" section of your Network List to automise your identification process, because our servers respond to the "/nickserv" command. Otherwise use: /nickserv identify <password>. After being identified by the NickServ you will be notified automatically when you have  messages  waiting inside your  memobox. PeTRuZ is used as main service-bot for channel-operators to provide them with @. To be identified by the bot, just identify with the NickServ and join your channel.
