Here's a detailed database of the services available at Magix Networks
mChan - Channel Service
mChan keeps a database of which channels are registered to which nickname, how each channel is laid out and who has operator access
to them
mNick - Nickname Service
mNick allows users to register and pesonalize their own nicknames. Upon registration users will also be able to access MNUMS (Magix
Networks User Management System) available at the Magix Networks Website.
mNote - Short Message System
mNote allows registered users to send short messages to other registered users similar to SMS on mobile phones but for IRC.
mHelp - Informative Service
mHelp gives members of #Help the ability to quickly access frequently asked questions for users needing assistance. mHelp also
gives users a basic idea of the concept of IRC and what is and is not permitted on Magix Networks
MSD - Magix Networks Services Department
MSD allows services helpers to maintain the network on a services level such as channel/nickname management as well as
bans/ignores/suspensions.
mOper - Operator Service
mOper allows server administrators and operators to maintain the network on a server level such as network bans (glines), Kills
(Users and entire channels) and Jupitering/NoOpering servers .
mLove - Love Service
mLove gives users a way to show affection to one another through the use of virtual gifts, emotions and even IRC marriage.
mSeen - Seen Service
A network wide seen service providing users information about when a user was last seen online and why they are no longer
online.
mWeather - Weather Service
mWeather provides a global weather forcast system showing current weather and a 3 day outlook.
mSpam - Spam Prevention Service
Keeps the network as free as possible from spam and other advertisements.
Global - Global Message Service
Sends global messages to all users of the network from network operators.
mBot - Bot Service
mBot allows a channel to be assigned a services bot rather then just the standard mChan. Bots manipulate what mChan does but gives
each channel a more personalized look and feel.
mHost - Host Service
Allows users to request personlized vHosts further preventing the chances of disruption by malicious users.
mGame - Game Service
Provides fun messages/games to each channel.
mTrivia - Trivia Service
Provides Trivia and other games to users in #Trivia allowing them to win money (Not real money!)
mProxy - Proxy Monitor
Based on the BOPM (Blitzed Open Proxy Monitor) Service, mProxy can keep 99% of known proxies out of Magix Networks making it a safer place to chat.
