ABOUT K9:
K9 is K9World's channel service bot with similar functions performed by ChanServ on many other networks. However, unlike the other networks, K9 actually sits inside registered channels so that channel owners and operators can easily use him to look after channel operations. K9 also possesses some entertaining features such as ACT (makes K9 perform a /me in the channel) and SND (makes K9 trigger a sound file in the channel). These two additional features add "life" to a channel by making it seem like K9 is part of the channel's family.
K9 uses an access-level system ranging from Levels 0 to 500 to manage who can do what with K9 in a registered channel. Users that are not part of a channel's staff have an access level of 0 with no control over K9 in that channel. The channel owner has an access level of 500 which gives them full control over K9 in that channel.
To register K9 for your channel, you will need to join a non registered channel then type /k9 register #channel
ABOUT DOGTAG:
Users can register their nickname by signing on to the network and typing "/dt register " (without the quotes). If you wish to register a channel on K9World, you must register your nickname first.
ABOUT BLOGSERV:
