The DreamIRC Network is protected by set of custom services known as the DreamIRC Service System Interface (DSSI), also known as DreamSRV. Based off the same idea as the AustNet OPAS services, DreamSRV/DSSI is under constant coding, in the attempt to make them feature rich and user friendly at the same time.
