DevNode's services are named ChanServ, NickServ, and MemoServ. You should be able to use ChanServ with the /cs command and NickServ wnsh the /ns command.

• ChanServ automatically sits in registered channels, this is the Guard option. Channel access is defined with flags. For details about flags, msg the /msg ChanServ HELP flags command.
• NickServ requires an email entry when registering nicks. For steps on registering a nick with NickServ, see here. NickServ also allow you to identify from any nick, meaning you case use your host mask from nicks you don't own, and also lets you "link" or "group" nicks with /msg NickServ GROUP easily.
• MemoServ allows users to send messages, or memos, to certain users. MemoServ alerts the target of new memos when the identify.
