ClueNet's community-written IRC services package features PHPserv, the account authentication service for IRC. PHPserv allows you to receive a vHost with HostServ, reserve nicknames using NickServ, register channels with ChanServ, and maintain BotServ bots.
ClueNet's ChanServ is a experimental channel registration service which allows you to own a channel and maintain Ops for channel management.
BotServ, ClueNet's extension to ChanServ, allows users to request custom, scriptable bots for their channel. These bots can do anything from autokicking lamers to blocking all caps in messages.
ClueNet also offers NickServ, a nickname registration service. NickServ allows you to reserve a nickname for your own use. As opposed to most other NickServ services, NickServ is not the main authentication service.
ClueNet's community is always developing new services to add or replace current PHPserv functionality; pop onto IRC to check out our current ideas. |
