ChristianIRC makes available NickServ, ChanServ, and MemoServ to its users. NickServ allows users to register their nick so it's always there for them. ChanServ allows them to register their channel so they can maintain control over it. MemoServ allows users to send memos to those with registered nicks who are offline. For Network Admins and server owners, OperServ and HostServ are also available. OperServ allows you more control over your server and the channels that are on it. HostServ allows you to set up virtual masks for those you wish, for example. josh@abcde.visi.com can become josh@NetAdmin.ChristianIRC.Net. |
