-MemoServ(serv@AC)- MemoServ is a utility allowing IRC users to send short
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- messages to other IRC users, whether they are online at
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- the time or not, or to channels(*). Both the sender's
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- nickname and the target nickname or channel must be
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- registered in order to send a memo.
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- MemoServ's commands include:
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- SEND Send a memo to a nick or channel
-MemoServ(serv@AC)- CANCEL Cancel last memo you sent
