AfterNET provides AuthServ for username registrations and X3 for channel registrations. Registering a username allows users to be granted channel access in X3 and allows them to register their own channel. AuthServ also provides hostmask hiding either upon logging in with the bot or immediately upon connecting with our login-on-connect feature, which incorporates the AuthServ username and password into the server password sent upon initial connection to the IRC server. X3 enables channel owners to maintain channel access lists and specify other users as either coowners, managers, ops, halfops, or voiced users. X3 can also enforce channel modes and topics, greet joining users, manage channel bans, maintain a list of permanently-banned users, and display a user-defined message when a user on the access list joins a channel. Online help with our services is available via "/msg AuthServ help" and "/msg X3 help", or users can stop by #Help for assistance. |
