Abducted-IRC runs highly customized services to provide users with ChanServ, NickServ, MemoServ, AIMServ, and HostServ. Abducted-IRC also offers GameServ, which allows users to play various games in channels, such as hi-low, or russian roulette, and rock paper scissors.
All IPs are masked by default, but people can get their own custom vhost, like user@i.am.better.then.you assigned to them by asking an ircop in #vhost. As for services, by issuing a chanserv command channel owners can make chanserv join a channel, and it will then perform commands such as !op !protect !kick !kb !acl (access list) etc etc. Users are allowed to create their own channels and do whatever they wish as long as they don't go against network policies.
