ZiRC is a growing IRC network that serves the general population but is heavy on gaming and anime channels. This network provides more than the usual services for users with friendly outgoing staff who are available for help 24/7. They have an able bodied committee called UserCom, formed entirely of their users that can make changes to network policy as they see fit.
