IRC Politics do not exist here. The owner, founder, and staff are all good friends who work well together to provide a fun server for all of our users.
Our main goal is to be a teaching network. Paticularly for women.
It's fairly common for girls to be given 'Social' jobs on networks.
Doing things like.. newsletter, staff management, promotions, but not given the opportunity to learn actual technical skills. It's not that the girls don't have the ability, no one has taken the time to show them anything.
We are not Feminists at Wonderland-Online, we are opportunists.
We are currently linked with two other networks: LiquidAcid and DamDevil, who bring thier own source of individuality. They have thier seperate forums and websites for both new and old users to meet and talk with one another, but also grant the opportunity for users to explore WOL and DD for channels and access to things that fit every users desires. |
