The ShadowHime IRC Network was made in the interests of bringing anime fans together. The focus is not anime-centric as any topic can be discussed within network rules.

With a new goal in mind, the aim will be to provide a place for story-writers to post, discuss, or even help with various fan fiction works. Anime is a hot topic, but gaming is also a common topic discussed, among many other things.
