The goal of the RS2I network is in it's name RS2I is a french network, and in french, RS2I stands for "Réseau de Serveurs IRC Indépendants" taht means "Network of Independant IRC Servers" RS2I regroups some minor IRC servers in order to make a middle class IRC Network, we are greatly open to links :) Our admins are focused on respect of laws (no warez, no hacking ...) and french language, security is our priority, users can chat in peace :)
