Privnet is short for The Privacy Network.
We want an open minded culture in our network, people shouldn't hide behind
proxies, tor-networks or other anonymity services. If you are able to hide,
it's so easy to get rude and start bully people around.
We have no problem with encrypted communications, either on the transport layer or in a channel with e.g. blowfish.
