LinuxNiche was designed as a server for the software page http://www.linuxniche.com. The users that came, and friends and family of the owner decided to start using it as a general chat-line. So it's goal changed to meet the new requirement. Gave birth to http://www.linuxniche.net. Afterwards, http://www.nupixel.com dropped in - and adopted us to be their main chat line as well.
So come in and enjoy the friendly atmosphere. We have laid back and relaxed operators.. but we do have some rules to make it as friendly as possible to people of all kinds of backgrounds. Go to the main site and check out the rules page for a complete list - but basically keep it clean and you'll be ok.

Linuxniche is a wonderful place filled with wonderful people that are great to talk to. Pleanty of 1337 action here with the pwning and head-shots.. we get some amusing n00bs but that's ohk :)
