This is a server, geared toward 'freedom of speech' and all forms of expression. The exception to which is advertisement. Although it is not a reason for a Line ban, is frowned upon by everyone, and action will be taken against repeat offewnders. Other than that, This server is overall, a very friendly and outgoing place.

Liber Is the network owner, and his real name is Jason. Thus the name. :D

`Kim`, ^Alexis^, Kira, Angelus, Larry, and I (Zaniel) are all server admins and helpers.
