I found this Network to very receptive to new channels when I was there a few months ago. If your looking for a home that doesn't have a gazillian channels. This would be it. Staff is readly available, and can be found easily.

Excellent mid level IRC network, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Established channels have a little bit of everything for everyone. The SpamServ bot they provide if you want to your channel is a great thing, elimates alot of spammers. If your looking for a solid network this is a place for you.

This network fucking sucks, it has no real opers that know what the fuck they are doing, the network is full of spam bots and you get bombarded like a motherfucker the entire time, dont waste your times
