We have chosen to start a new network because very few actually do what we think all networks should do. It's very easy to say that you have friendly staff and I'm sure alot of nets do. Where we will strive to be above and beyond is that not only do we have friendly staff but very professional staff as well, our Network management team has anywhere from 8 to 12 years IRC experience per person! Most established networks can not say that let alone brand new networks.

Our focus is to provide the users of IRC a place where those same users have a voice and vote as to what the network allows and disallows as well as a vote in the creation of it's policies that will be used to govern everyone. We believe that there is no such thing as opers and users. We are ALL users. Everyone of us.

• offer an optional channel specific java chat client to use on your channel's website
• hold weekly meetings in a public channel for users to voice their concerns
• welcome all non abusive users of all experience levels
• welcome all non abusive channel bots
• modern and updated server and services software

What we dont do:

•  harrass users and channels
• invade channels "because we can"
• tolerate racism or other ignorance
• tolerate flooding, DDoS or any form of attack
• tolerate drones or excessive clones
• interfere with channel affairs that do not violate network policies
