FoxChat is a small network with stable dedicated servers and knowledgable staff. We are similar in structure to EFnet, in that we do not have services, but we do use chanfix should a problem arise. Our network is laid back and easy going, Perfect for you oldschool IRCers who are tired of the kiddies on some of the bigger networks, and none of the vanity you would see on the smaller networks.
