| The majority of the users shown on FastLAND are OpenNap users. They do not connect to FastLAND using an IRC client. There is no TCP socket connection from those users to an IRC server at FastLAND. These are the two most basic things needed to form an IRC connection, and to be considered an IRC user.
Although the admin of FastLAND claims the OpenNap users interact with IRC users, SearchIRC spent several hours observing the channels and users and did not see anything to support this claim. We sent over 100 users private messages and did receive a single response.
SearchIRC is called SearchIRC because we index IRC networks, channels and users. Since the majority of users on FastLAND do not fit the description of an "IRC user", SearchIRC does not index FastLAND channels.
