digital irc network was formed in october of 1999 to provide a network with innovation in mind. Our network staff are close friends and have been here since the network was formed. We run our network on 5 chat servers and are not looking for anymore links until our servers are at their maximum limit. In order to keep a stable chatting environment for our users, we have installed services to scan for viruses/trojans, insecure proxies and actively search the network to rid it of various types of non-chat bots. |
