BlitzChat was founded by Marshall on March 23, 2008. He and his staff work around the clock to better the server and provide BlitzChat users with service they deserve.

BlitzChat is currently running on Unreal 3.2.7 in conjunction with Anope services, version 1.7.21. These services are free of charge and available to all users.
