Starlink-IRC.Org was founded in January 1997 as a truly family-friendly cybertown. Warez and porn are prohibited and there are only two rules 1) Don't annoy other people and 2) Don't be too easily annoyed. We have a number of support channels for those with disabilities as well and take some pride in our litttle expieriment in rationally managed chat networks having done as well as it has.
