I do believe that UniBG is still a young IRC network. It has a great potential for growing. It is a nice reflection of what I would call Computer Educated Society in my country. And this Society grows within days. The LAMER society in bulgaria still is very large in number but I belive that this status will change. In Bulgaria there ARE many people who do chat. But Bulgaria is not so big at all. We are about 8 million. There is also a big number of people who would use ICQ or some other program to comunicate just as it is in other countries too.
