	AppliedIRC is truly an elite IRC network. Averaging around 40 users, I have never seen another IRC network so dedicated to adding new features and improvements for their users. Applied's staff are trained very well and are genuinely fun people to be around, creating a nice #lobby atmosphere. Kudos, AppliedIRC, and keep up the good work!
