- By joining this network you are agreeing to the following
- rules:

- (1). We scan for HTTP, Socks, and Wingate proxy servers upon
- connect, If you do not wish for these scans, Disconnect
- Immediately!
- If you recieve any notices on your firewall from one of
- our servers, please ignore them, as this is not an attempt
- to hack you.
- (2). No Nuking/ICMP (Offenders will be forcefully removed from
- the server)
- (3). Respect the Admins and Ops. If they ask you to do
- something, please cooperate & don't make a fuss.
- (4). No bots/botnets. Bringing bots into channels without
- permission from the channel owner may result in you
- being banned from that channel.
- (5). No proxies. Connecting through a proxy server to evade
- bans is not permitted. Open proxies will be banned
- automatically, possibly forever.
- (6). No scamming. If you are found to have scammed another
- user on this network, you will be banned permanently.
- (7). Remember, this IRC network is independently owned and
- is a privilege to be here, not a right. All Admins &
- IRCOps have the right to terminate you at any time.
- (8). Due to Network security of the server, all channels
- and/or messages may be monitored at anytime by
- Walter-Smith Administration.
