- NETWORK RULES:
- --------------
- 1. Ban evasion is not tolerated. This includes channel, server, and
- network bans.
- 2. DDoS, security exploits, or similar attacks will not be tolerated.
- 3. Bots are allowed, but massing-cloning (over 3 simultaneous connections
- from one host) is not. You may request a 24/7 services bot to idle in your
- channel. See #Support for more info on this.
- 4. Wingates and open proxies will be terminated upon discovery.
- 5. Flooding is not allowed. Channel owners can use channel mode +f (see
- /helpop ?chmodef for more info) to take care of flooders.
- 6. File-serving is fine, however, no XDCC bots will be permitted. This
- can result in a temporary gline.
- 7. Idling in #support is fine, however, keep chat to a minimum, as it IS
- there to assist other users.
- 8. vHosts are provided via services and are only given out on one of the
- following conditions:
- --> a. You assist other users in #support, and/or...
- --> b. You donate at least $5 via PayPal to the network (see donations
- block below)
- 9. No Bottler, IRC-Ork and XDCC Catcher programs, these will be terminated
- upon discovery.

- We are a steadily growing network, but we aren't made of money, so we ask
- you, the users of the network, to help us out in any way you can. Of course
- we wouldn't ask for something without giving you something in return. Here
- are some perks for donating (this list might change, see BullDog for more
- info):

- Also, please note that $20 is not the hard limit, you are more than welcome
- to send more in at other times after an initial donation. Donations do NOT
- stack, however, so keep that in mind.

- registered NickServ email address and make sure it's the same email as the
- one that is registered with your payment service, or you won't be credited
