-     open chat forum. The Staff of Xalaris do not
-     openly moitor the channels on this network. We
-     do, however, ask that while chatting on Xalaris,
-     you follow the following Network rules. Failure
-     to do so, will earn you a ban.

-        Network Rules:
-        1) Harassment of any kind toward any user
-           will not be tolorated.
-        2) Excessive use of clones is not allowed
-        3) Do not flood our users and services.
-        4) If you are a member of law enforcement
-           and you do not notify the Staff of your
-           intentions, then the staff waivers its
-           right to assist you.
-        5) Any Channel containing ADULT material
-           must be set to mode s (secret) and mode
-           p (private)
-        6) Music shareing channels ARE allowed,
-           however, XDCC bots ARE NOT. If a channel
-           is found to contain XDCC bots, that
-           channel will be shut down and the owner
-           banned.
