-  1 :: NO kind of spamming allowed. ---  Advertises on join/part and flooding
-         channels with an url or even your channel name is forbidden on Virtuanet
-         You may be automaticly removed from the network for an undefined period
-         of time.

-  2 :: NO abuse toward users. ---  This is including, but is not limited to,
-         hacking,flooding, harassing users.

-  3 :: NO Illegal sharing. ---  Please, absolutely no illegal files sharing
-         suchs warez, illegal softwares, child porn, etc... We'd rather not get
-         into legal trouble, our network will not support any kind of channels
-         related to illegal materials. Offensers will be removed and banned from
-         the network by our agents.

-    - A maximum of 3 connections per host is allowed on Virtuanet. Exceeding
-       the limit will result in having your host banned for at least 1 day from
-       any Virtuanet's servers

-    - Friendly bots are tolerated. Abusive processes will be banned from the
