- These are simple, and are non-negotiable.

- 1) The Admins are the final word. Obey, and do what they say.

- 2) No harm of any sort, is to originate from your client, to our
- network, or the users thereof. (regardless of your knowledge of such
- harmful actions originating)

- 3) You are not to be involved in any manner, directly or otherwise,
- in harm affecting others on this network, or the network itself,
- including but not limited to, simply having the knowledge of such
- harmful actions.

- 4) Loosely translated: no floods or annoyances of any sort

- 5) We will not be held responsible for any illegal activity held or
- directed through this network, we do not condone such activity. Your
- actions are logged. Any illicit activity such as child-pornography or
- treacherous infringement will be reported to your ISP, as well as the
- proper authorities. You are responsible for yourselves.

- 6) You alone are responsible for your actions, as well as for what is
- transmitted to/from your connecting client.

- 7) OddNet employs several methods of firewalling and proxy-scanning in
- order to maintain a high grade of quality connections. Anyone detected
- with an open proxy, will immediately be banned. Contact GameMaster for
- information on being removed from the banlist, if you feel you are on
- one in err.

- 8) Employ the use of NickServ and ChanServ, they are there for your
- convenience. Channel and/or Nick takeovers are not our problem if you
- haven't first done your part.
