- 1) Be nice. Harrasment, racism, bigotry, and overall misconduct
- of that sort (we are the final judge) will not be tolerated.
- We keep an open mind about you, it is only fair that you do

- conduct will not be tolerated as well.

- 3) Keep up to date with the /rules and /motd, read them every
- once and a while. Any rules here or there, reguardless if
- say you didn't know it, will be enforced to fullest extent.
- Rules not listed here, whether you know them or not, will
- also be enforced. Use common sense. If you want to know
- if you can do something; come on #nightstar or #help for
- advice.

- don't want to change that, then respect others by keeping it
- to yourself.

- right, nothing else to it.

- Like many IRC networks, Nightstar does not allow open proxies, for
- security reasons. To enforce this we scan for many common types of open
- proxies. If you see something in your firewall logs from deltaarc.net
- when you connect, don't worry, it's just us.

- (those which appear as !Nickname! message),
- All you have to do is type /mode your_nick -w
