- Terms of Service are fairly simple:

-    are strictly forbidden. Furthermore, DDoS and other similar form of
-    attack on this server, or any other server, is a crime punishable by
-    US federal laws, and international laws. Failure to comply will
-    result in immediate termination of your connection, and may result in
-    a network ban.

- 2B)Ban evasion, services abuse, open proxies, unwanted private messaging
-    and any and all related behaviour and/or activities are strictly
-    forbidden. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of
-    your connection, and repeated offense will result in a network ban.

- 2C)This network uses a spam trap: #oubliette. It is meant for staff
-    usage only; it is not meant for regular users. Failure to follow
-    #oubliette's guidelines will result in freezing of your connection.

- 3) The Nightstar Network is family-oriented network. Channels that would
-    be rated R or X should be secret (+s) or private (+p). Lewd and
-    otherwise inappropriate behaviours should be kept in secret or
-    private channels, or in private message (query). Failure to comply
-    may result in forced mode secret or private on the channel and
