- 1. No harrassing any other users.

- 2. No flooding. This includes messaging excessive amounts of data to any channel
- or user within a short period of time.

- 3. No cloning. Cloning is considered connecting multiple clients to the network f
- rom the same hostname.

- 4. No advertising. This includes advertising for other channels and servers in a
- channel, or privately.

- 5. Begging for IRCops is strictly forbidden.

- 6. No intentional ignorance or stupidity.

- 7. In network channels, keep profanity to a tolerable level.

- 8. Overall conduct on the server should be ruled by common sense.

- 9. No illegal bots/warez/porn/scripts/programs. Any and all reports of this will
- be forwarded to the proper authorities. Remember, your Network Administrator is i
- n the United States Coast Guard and he has his connections. :)
