- Welcome to Collective IRC (http://netcollect.org/)!
-
- We're a group of networks with a common cause, we believe that all
- information should have the free flow and be readily available.
- We also believe that there is no such thing as ownership of ideas
- and will work to prevent people from taking ownership of what people
- like us would consider public domain.
-
- We offer a free shell service, a strong and closely knit community
- where we value personal values and morals more than a legal code or
- sense of being. We always need monetary, technical, legal, user-base,
- and moral support and donations, so feel free to offer and ask!
-
- Currently, we have several networks/channels linked/directed here.
- These are, in no particular order:
- < Direct Servers >
- irc.netcollect.org (http://netcollect.org/ - #netcollect)
- irc.wtfchan.org (http://wtfchan.org/ - #wtfchan)
- irc.rmyou.org (http://rmyou.org/ - Pointed)
- irc.romnous.org (http://romnous.org/ - #Romni)
- irc.hacktheplace.com (http://hacktheplace.com/ - #hacktheplace)
- irc.switchcake.org (http://switchcake.org/ - Pointed)
- irc.rootthebox.org (http://segcore.org/ - Pointed)

-
- < Linked In [Janus] >
- irc.raidchan.org - #raidchan [http://raidchan.org]
- netcaffe.serveblog.net - #netcaffe
-
-
- With these servers, come a large array of staff. Below, we will outline
- our current network staff as of June 17, 2008. Please note its not always
- possible to IMMEDIATLY update the MOTD! The staff marked with a [*] are
- people who are considered a main organizer of either one of the projects
- affiliated with or NetCollect itself. They in no way have more say than
- any other person, and we try not to throw around our "titles" here.
- Once again, in no particular order:
-
- crazor [*], apples, comperr, pacifico [*], wired [*], OveRRide, mele2511,
- DoS, Tiksi, xtrecate [*], Neophyte, Romnous [*], int16h, DesertRose, Mole [*],
- Rijnzael, [ne0], mike09, Terminal
-
- To see who organizes which project, please type /ADMIN for a more detailed list!
-
- Opers on the remote networks, (who have no direct influence on NetCollect or
- it's projects) are as follows:
- RaidChan: korax, nobody, Trapdoor, divbyzero, game, brambi, anounymous, Luk0r
- NetCaffe: Apolo, UndesirableNo1, Ljubo
-
- If you are thinking about joining up with Collective, simply run /admin and
- message one of the operators with the appropriate flag, and once the decision
- is made, they'll show you what to do!
- Have a nice stay!
