- -> GigaIRC is a free service. We don t charge anyone when connecting to our
- network. The network is run from sponsorship and by the admins who invest
- their own money. Therefore the administration reserves the right to prevent
- any user from connecting to the network. A reason MAY or MAY NOT be given.

- -> Harassment of any kind is totally prohibited here. We want our users to
- chat in a friendly environment where they can forget about their daily
- worries/problems.

- -> Advertising/Spam for channels on GigaIRC or other networks is NOT allowed.
- Severe actions can be taken against users found spamming for their
- channels or other networks. Spam for GigaIRC on other networks is also NOT
- allowed and if admins from other networks complain with sufficient proof
- against a certain user who s spamming FOR GigaIRC, appropriate actions will
- be taken.

- -> Illegal activities are NOT tolerated on GigaIRC. These include but are not
- limited to: Nuking/ICMP Bombing, Trojans/Sub7s, Child porn or bestiality
