- Welcome to the DynastyNet Network. In our ongoing attempt
- at creating the best chatting environment for our users, we've
- decided to upgrade our ircd to Unreal3.2. We have modified the
- original source code to closely match what our existing ircd is.
- You should notice no loss of use, but should notice quite a
- bit of extras. Like new Channel Flood (+f) capabilities, new
- channel ban (+b) types, and a few new channel modes.

- Channel Ops - You can use this handy mIRC dialog
- to control the new flood options
- this ircd uses.

- Save file to your mirc directory, and type:
- /load -rs unreal_chanflood.mrc
- Then right (or left, depending on your mouse configuration)
- click in the channel window, and select "Unreal Flood Prot".
- Message or memo dave for help.
