- The services Chanserv have lot of command's but the Netadmin of this
- Network have design to disable the free registration for normal users.
- This Mean's that everybody must have more then 3 users in they room,
- clones wont we not tell, only the real users.

- Nick registration is possible but not a right to use it and it's free
- For a few parts of this chat network is nick registration need it, special for us
- ing the services bots memoserv, botserv and chanserv. services Operators will alw
- ays check the used nick and look of it's a right nickname too use it.in the futur
- e will the netadmin start a special group who maintain the nickserv policy.

- by registration of your nickname you will get automatic a vhost like botserv.dac-
