- more than 3 will get you regulated.

- 2 If you harrass an IRC Operator on this server they will warn you once,
- then further measures will be taken to remove the cause of mental disturbance.

- Inter-channel spam is slightly more tolerable but you may be banned

- 5 Do not /whois flood my ircops, they have a licence to /kill and they will.

- but having addictive personalities means they will get addicted to /kill
