- Mit dem Login auf dieses Netzwerk werden die folgenden Bedingungen
- verbindlich akzeptiert. In Zweifelsfaellen gilt der Geist der
- Regeln nicht deren Buchstaben. Die Regeln stellen einige sinnvolle
- Verhaltensregeln dar:

- * IRC ist Kommunikation, also keine Kriegspiele
- * behandelt andere User mit Respekt und Fairness
- * keine Beleidigungen
- * speziell der Umgang mit minderj hrigen Usern steht im Schutz
- des Jungendschutzgesetzes und eine Verletzung kann eine
- strafrechtliche Verfolgung mit sich ziehen
- * keine rechtsradikalen Aeusserungen/Nicknames
- * keine Werbung, kein Spam (http's im ertraeglichen Masse)
- * kein flooding jeglicher Art
- * Scripte nur im ertraeglichen Masse
- * kein uebermaessiges Grossschreiben (bruellen)
- * keine gefaelschten Nicknames oder IP-Adressen
- * Warez sind verboten ebenso Filesharing nicht gestattet
- * kein senden von Viren, Trojaners
- * kein Nuking, Kinderpronographie
- * keine Overtake's
- * Verdachtsf lle jeglicher Art sind IRC Operatoren und
- Admins mitzuteilen
- * Weitergabe von Logs an Dritte ist untersagt
- * IRC-Ops k nnen ohne Nennung von Gr nden Nicks l schen,
- Chans dropen und den Zugang zum Server und allen Services
- einem User entziehen

- Achtung
- * Alle Connection auf dem Server werden gescannt auf der Suche
- nach offenen Ports sowie Proxies.
- Das Scannen verursacht keinerlei Schaden an eurem System, es
- erkennt als erstes Proxies und schaut ob diese sicher sind.
- Wenn diese unsicher sind, dann wird die Verbindung zum Server
- aufgehoben und die Adresse gebannt falls Proxies oder Wingate
- Server in Gebrauch genommen werden. Nutzt zum Connecten auf dem
- Server eure eigene Internetverbindung.

- ( 202a/ 303a sowie 303b StGB) zB. Datenver nderung, Aussp hen von

- und werden, sofern es moeglich ist, strafrechtlich verfolgt.

- uebernommen - dafuer sind die User selbst verantwortlich. Es gelten
- die Gesetze der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Urheberrechtsgesetz,
- Teledienstgesetz etc.) Missachtung kann strafrechtliche Verfolgung
- nach sich ziehen! Das Celebrity Point Netzwerk behaelt sich vor,
- Benutzer ohne Angabe von Gruenden aus dem Netzwerk zu entfernen,
- Modes und andere Einstellungen zu veraendern.
