UGN Security was established in 1996 by BlackBeard as a place to come and hang out and read about the latest happenings in the news. In 2001 UGN Security was sold to Gizmo, one of the original members for $4000.
Through the years we've seen a lot of different systems, but always the same bulletin board company (Groupee, formerly Infopop (We've in the past used UBB.Classic, which is now no longer developed; we're now using UBB.Threads). In late 2003 we decided to incorporate all of the news categories into the bulletin board for easier access. |
