sysnode was formed when the owner of our former name (MikerNet), The_Miker, went AWOL, leaving us without domain access. The name sysnode was thrown together by segosa, at first seeing criticism but it grew on us after a short time.
Before MikerNet we used to have a channel #gtaforums on GamesNet (now GameSurge), but after many netsplits we decided to split off and run our own network. | |
